Ma Bourgogne
At the end of Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, the terrace of Ma Bourgogne - which was called the Café des Arcades in the 19th century - is one of the most romantic places in Paris to meditate or have a drink while admiring the jewel that is the Place des Vosges. From noon to 1 a.m., Ma Bourgogne offers authentic brasserie cuisine mixed with local specialties. Lovers of snails, andouillette, foie gras, or dry sausage come to delight their palates. There is a great specialty at Ma Bourgogne that gathers the faithful: the house tartare. Prepared by Thérèse, aided by her chopper, it is a ritual as unchanging as it is daily. Meats, fruits, and vegetables, at Ma Bourgogne, they have a devotion to quality and freshness.
