Les Sardignac

Les Sardignac is a wine bar and restaurant established since November 2012, located opposite the legendary music hall Les Folies Bergère. Created by Emmanuelle Sardou and Vincent Solignac (you'll understand that Les Sardignac doesn't come from sardine...), it offers a regularly updated selection of about twenty wines by the glass, as well as a generous wine list, predominantly French, sourced directly from winemakers. We prioritize organic, biodynamic, or natural wines. The kitchen, led by Franck Aboudharam and assisted by Philippine Jaillet, is inventive and gourmet, crafted from fresh and seasonal products. They enjoy working directly with small producers whenever possible. A cuisine to be savored under the splendid rococo ceiling! In the dining room, Gaspard Guilbert and his team: here, they talk to you, look at you, listen to you, advise you, tell you the story of the wines or dishes, sometimes even chide you, in short, you meet, and it's good.
