In the heart of the Brotteaux in Lyon 6, come and discover a true Lyonnais Bouchon masterfully run by the lively Julien Le Guillou, a member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises for 10 years and a former disciple of the pope of French gastronomy, Paul Bocuse. Enjoy two rooms with an atmosphere dedicated to bouchonomy, well-being, and two terraces, one of which is in a fully sheltered, green, and shaded backyard, for special moments. Chef Frank Linke will be there to prepare all the Lyonnais specialties for you, such as tête de veau, tablier de sapeur, our famous calf's liver, and many other dishes, all served by a smiling team.
